Cook on low flame after soaking in water for 2 hours.

Idli batter recipe-

2 cup idli rice, 2 cup any millet, 2 hand full flat rice, 4 spoon of methi seed - - all in one bowl
1 and 1/4th cup of full urid dhal

For best results soak it overnight and after grinding ferment it for 1 full day and 1full night.
