This rice has a typical pleasing aroma that doesn't exist in any other variety of rice. The rice has a medium-size grain. When cooked, it is very sticky. It is known to help increase metabolism, aid digestion, reduce high blood pressure, help weight loss, boost immunity and maintain gut health.
